Riding is a discipline that can be started at any age and developed gradually, respecting each rider’s experience and abilities. At A.S.D. Club Ippico Euratom, riding lessons are available for adults and children, from their first introduction to the sport through to the most advanced levels. Depending on the rider’s progress, there is also the opportunity to join the competitive dressage or show-jumping team.
The horses and ponies in Angera are the true protagonists of life at the equestrian centre. The love and passion the owners devote to these animals help make the club a meeting place for enthusiasts and for anyone wishing to discover the equestrian world more closely.

Below you can meet the horses at the riding centre. Each horse has its own characteristics, abilities and experience: some are used for dressage, others for show jumping or for the first exercises for those consolidating the basics.

Getting to know the animals
Taking up riding means learning not only the techniques needed to ride, but also how to observe, respect and get to know a horse or pony properly. Character, experience, sensitivity and aptitude are important elements in building a relationship with the rider. The introduction to the horses and ponies at Angera therefore offers a first overview of the animals that take part in the life and activities of Club Ippico Euratom.
The centre offers programmes for different levels and, based on the skills acquired, the opportunity to progress to dressage or show jumping. Knowing the characteristics of the horses and ponies in advance helps visitors better understand the variety of the group at the yard and each animal’s contribution to the club’s activities.
